Raul John Aju is a 16-year-old student at HSS North Edapally Kerala in India and the founder of AIrealm Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Beginning his journey at the age of 10, he has developed numerous innovative AI tools, such as ResQ, an advanced legal AI assistant; Investo AI, an intelligent finance advisor; and ZapGap, a smart cloud-cost optimisation platform powering developers and businesses. Aju’s flagship initiative, ThinkCraft Academy, aims to democratise AI education and has taught over 140,000 students  worldwide, making AI education accessible to learners from rural schools to global universities. 

ThinkCraft Academy was created to bridge the AI inequality gap – the growing divide between those who understand and use AI and those left behind by traditional education. In schools and universities, students often learn outdated content disconnected from real-world applications. This creates a global education divide where innovation is limited to a privileged few. Aju’s motivation was personal: as a young learner passionate about AI, he saw how peers struggled to access quality resources and mentorship. He decided to change that – not through lectures, but through living AI systems that teach, assist, and adapt to learners.

ThinkCraft Academy simplifies complex AI concepts into interactive, practical lessons.  To reach learners without access to advanced technology, Aju extended the platform through WhatsApp, Telegram, and web-based AI bots, ensuring that even rural students can participate without costly devices or subscriptions.

By merging AI pedagogy – AI teaching AI – with student-led innovation, he is transforming learning from passive memorisation into creative exploration. Students learn to design, build, and apply AI models to real-world problems, turning curiosity into capability. 

ThinkCraft Academy has reached more than 140,000 students across 18 countries, enabling thousands to build their first AI projects – from chatbots to automation tools. Schools and universities in India, the UAE, and Africa have adopted his framework through pilot programmes, reporting measurable improvements in student engagement, curiosity, and completion rates.

A 3 times TEDx Speaker, he has shared stages with education ministers, founders, and global leaders, advocating for AI literacy and innovation-driven education. He is a prominent content creator with millions of views and 240,000+ followers. He continues to train students, universities, and organisations across sectors with a vision of using AI to build a better world.
